For participation in the anniversary intellectual review, which has taken place at the Moscow state university named after M.V.Lomonosov, more than hundreds of young chemists from more than twenty states - winners of the national Olympiads have arrived. Testing consisted of three rounds - two theoretical and laboratory, according to the results of which, 68 participants have become prizewinners. Two Turkmen schoolboys are among them.
The 11th class pupil of the State boarding school for especially gifted children - Oveznepes Orazgeldyev became the gold medalist of the present competition. It is already his second victory on “Mendeleev” Olympiad. Last year on similar competition that took place in Yerevan (Armenia), he has taken the third place.
The senior pupil of the comprehensive specialized school №57 of Ashgabat Intizar Tashov became the owner of a bronze medal of the Mendeleev Olympiad of this year.
